Greeley: The median list price last week for the Greeley market was $325,000. With a median number of bedrooms being 4 and the median bathrooms being 3. The inventory has been lightening up and the market is still staying in a strong Seller’s Market.

Windsor: The median list price last week for the Windsor market was $449,000. With a median number of bedrooms being 4 and the median bathrooms being 3.  Demand is heating up and Seller’s still have a strong advantage.

Fort Collins: The median list price last week for the Fort Collins market was $454,000.  With a median number of bedrooms being 4 and the median bathrooms being 3. Seller’s still have a strong advantage in this market.

Berthoud: The median list price last week for the Berthoud market was $385,000. With a median number of bedrooms being 4 and the median bathrooms being 3.  The market has settled in at a relative stasis in inventory and sales conditions, giving the Buyer a slight advantage.

Loveland: The median list price last week for the Loveland market was $325,000. With a median number of bedrooms being 2 and the median bathrooms being 2.  There is still a slight advantage for Seller’s in this market.
